Matt is the technical director of Vinters and has overall responsibility for the company’s operations and its technological advances. Founding the company when he was just 16 he has already obtained over 12 years’ commercial experience working with small companies up to multi-national PLC’s to help them achieve the most of their I.T. budgets. Matt is also responsible for coordinating our global data centre operations and working directly with I.T. managers on projects to maximise our infrastructure. Matt’s hard work has not gone unnoticed, as he became a finalist at the 2014 and 2017 KEiBA awards, specifically in the ‘Young Entrepreneur’ Category.
Lynne is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company working closely with internal departments, suppliers and clients to develop a financial framework to allow the business to achieve its goals and maintain year by year growth. Lynne has worked in a variety of financial environments in both the public and private sectors and brings a wealth of experience to the company.
Dave is our Head of Technical Projects at Vinters, and is responsible for the smooth planning and deployment of both new and existing client infrastructure changes. A high level of expertise goes hand in hand with Dave’s Project Management thought processes. Coupling this with detailed client communication and transparent workflows ensures that all projects are executed seamlessly.
Jon joined Vinters in 2014 as a member of our support team, and is now the company's Operations Manager. As well as being an integral member of our management team Jon also assists with higher-tier support tickets, training staff and with the planning and deployment of our client's infrastructure.
Luke joined Vinters as an Apprentice Help Desk Support Analyst and is now our Service Supervisor. Luke is responsible for managing our team of technical engineers, training new staff and ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Matthew is the Sales and Marketing Manager, responsible for customer relations. With experience in both retail and many years in the healthcare setting, his social skills and relationship building are instilled in his work ethic. Matthew is passionate about I.T. and is always eager to find the most appropriate solution for the client.
