Luke began working at Vinters in 2016 as an apprentice helpdesk analyst and quickly became an integral part of the team. Through his hard work and dedication Luke was promoted to our Service Supervisor in 2019 and oversees a team of engineers on our service desk.
Luke is tasked with managing our whole service desk to ensure our customers get a first class support service. He also plays an important role in the maintenance of servers, customer support and the physical construction of servers.
